I share more of my story in the workbook, but at the beginning of 2024. I just broke up after an almost 4 year relationship, was in a job that was depleting my sparkle, and just generally feeling meh and not my usual vibrant self. I had been through a lot. I didn't really know who I was anymore and I kept doing the same things from the past - but they were NOT working.
In July and I said 'this is enough'. I didn't know how, but I was determined to get out of this funk and find my spark again.
One night I followed my heart and led myself through these steps filled with self-love activities and prompts (ones I have been using for years but needed to revisit, refresh and rejuvenate to not feel so lost). I was levelling up. I just took one step at a time. At first, I was just doing it for me. but after I went through them, I was like - whoa - other women need this as well! There had to be other women just like me needing some direction in life and didn't know where to start.
Dream teaching job - I sh*t you not, I did these steps on a Saturday night and on the Sunday, I checked my emails and my dream teaching job came up! I applied on Sunday night, interviewed Tuesday, and got the job offer Friday.
Doing so many more things that make me laugh, giggle, and just have fun.
Lost 11 KG’s (24 pounds) - this was since February - but most of it was since these steps.

This workbook is organised into 7 Steps, however it is jam packed with activities, journaling prompts, and tools to cultivate more self-love, reflection, and forgiveness. I not only go through the process of manifesting but there is one whole step to working through limiting beliefs that are actually holding you back, You know that part of you that put up with people even though they aren't good for you, the part that eats too much, online shops, scrolls on your phone too much, drinks too much wine, that part of you that prevents you from living your best life. We dive deep into those beliefs and cleanse them with forgiveness so you can level up to your future. The final step is all about making things actionable and not just hopes and dreams but a plan for it to all come into fruition.
Once purchased, you'll download the work book. You can print it off or complete on a device. There is a 13 minute visualisation meditation as well for Step 2.

Again it depends on the person. I like to go deep and making lasting change, so it's not all rainbows and unicorns. There are some hard hitting reflective questions mixed in with some lighter activities. If you are looking for something that's easy peasy - this probably isn't the workbook for you. Nothing worth having comes easy.
It depends. It's not something to rush through and won't just take 20 mins. It's not a quick fix. I dedicated an afternoon/evening to complete all the steps. You can do it all in one sitting or maybe do a step a day. Whatever works for you.
